COVID-19 PROTOCOL
We're Going back into the classroom!

Masks are optional while in the building. Please practice social distancing and use proper hygiene. If you are not feeling well contact your instructor right away. Do not come to class if you are not feeling well.
When riding in car with others from class please wear your mask. When eating or drinking please remain a safe distance.
tUITION
The tuition payment includes 30 hours of instruction, course materials, lab fees, complimentary textbooks, College Board booklets, Lewes AP* gifts, and a College Board Endorsed Professional Development Certificate for 30 Hours.
A College Board Binder will be available in class.
$1,295 per course with $100 nonrefundable registration fee and a service fee if a credit card is used.
Please Note:
Purchase Orders must include the non-refundable fee if not previously paid. Registration and payment in full may also be made out to “Lewes APSI” at time of registration. Full payment is expected by invoice date. School Purchase Orders must be submitted at time of registration.
We encourage teachers to sign themselves up so information is accurate.

Payment Policy
- All registrations will be processed through invoices with a due date unless payment is made via Online Payment.
- Purchase Orders must be paid by the due date on the invoice unless prior arrangements are made with Lewes AP* by calling (302) 567-1400
- There are no refunds for “no shows.”
- No one is admitted to class without payment in full.
Anyone signing up after June 17 will need to pay with credit card. All PO payment must be received by June 17 or district will need to use a credit card.
cancellation Policy
Cancellation Deadline: June 17, 2022
Any participant unable to attend may send a substitute for any course that has space available.
Cancellations must be received in writing by June 17, 2022. A $100 processing fee will be charged to all cancellations made before June 17. No refunds will be issued after June 17, 2021. Substitutions from the same school district, with a completed registration form, will be allowed up to five working days prior to the start of the Institute.
Cancellations via email are not accepted.
